This is a rare early 15th-century manor house, associated with the construction of Château de Kerouzéré in Sibiril. From this period, it retains a remarkable fireplace dating from around 1400, with curved and moulded lintel-support corbels, comparable to a fireplace at Château de la Roche-Jagu, as well as a shouldered doorway, two fireplaces in the outbuildings, an impressive surviving section of the high enclosing wall to the rear, and an elegant façade in finely cut granite ashlar with tight joints.
