This building, constructed in finely cut granite masonry and the last remaining vestige of the outbuildings of a major chateau dismantled during the 20th century, consists of four pointed Gothic arcades resting on octagonal pillars, rising three metres beneath the vaults, together with a large Renaissance-style doorway four metres high, featuring a moulded depressed basket-handle arch framed by pilasters with Ionic capitals decorated with egg-and-dart motifs, supporting a prominent projecting moulded entablature.
